The OpenSpaceQuartet plays completely without repertoire and sheet music (fees and donations are reserved). ​It is consulted when it comes to setting Organizational Grooves in motion and completely eliminating the head (if this does not already comply with the company’s Code of Conduct). Four​ OpenSpace Rules are binding for the interaction:

One … Whoever plays it’s the right people.

Two … Whatever happens is the only thing that could have happened.

Three … Whenever it starts is the right time.

Four … When it’s over it’s over.
