The OpenSpaceQuartet plays completely without repertoire and sheet music (fees and donations are reserved). It is consulted when it comes to setting Organizational Grooves in motion and completely eliminating the head (if this does not already comply with the company’s Code of Conduct). Four OpenSpace Rules are binding for the interaction:
One … Whoever plays it’s the right people.
Two … Whatever happens is the only thing that could have happened.
Three … Whenever it starts is the right time.
Four … When it’s over it’s over.
